Avocado salad with peach

You'll need:

avocado — 1 PC.
peach — 1-2 PCs.
arugula — 1 bunch
mozzarella — 1 ball
walnuts — 1 handful

Cooking:

Peel the avocado and remove the seed, cut into thin slices (2-3 mm), wash the peaches and remove the pit, cut same as avocado. To add to the dish with the arugula and walnuts, sprinkle with grated mozzarella. The salad and no dressing, but add to it a spoonful of honey or drizzle with balsamico sauce.

Salad of mango and kiwi

You will need:

kiwi — 2-3 PCs.
mango — 1 PC.
avocado — 1/2 PC.
tomatoes — 3-5 PCs.
salads radicchio and frisse — to taste

Cooking:

Remove the bones and slice the avocado and mango slices with a thin, clear kiwi and cut. Pick the salad leaves with your hands, cut the tomatoes in half. Gently stir the salad. As a dressing you can use the classic yogurt with a pinch of curry, and you can add a teaspoon of soy sauce or balsamic sauce.

Salad with spinach and strawberries

You will need:

strawberries — 1 tray
spinach — 1 bunch
goat cheese (or feta cheese) — 100 g
black sesame seeds
lemon— 1/3 PCs

Cooking:

Rinse the spinach and place them on a dish. Mangled cheese and mix with leaves. Add sliced strawberries and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with lemon or fill yogurt sauce.
