Ingredients (for 4 servings):

bulgur wheat 90 g
boiled water 185 ml
parsley — 1 bunch
fresh mint — 1 bunch
pomegranate — 2 PCs.
shallots — 3 PCs.
olive oil — 2 tablespoons
lemon juice — 1 tbsp

How to cook:

1. Parsley wash, finely chop.

2. Wash mint, finely chopped.

3. Divide the pomegranate into quarters and remove the grain.

4. Shallots peel and finely chop.

5. Place the bulgur in a heatproof bowl, pour boiling water and let stand until ready 10 minutes after covering the lid.

6. Add in the bulgur greens, onions, pomegranate seeds, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.

7. Optionally, you can season with salt and pepper.

8. Done!
