At the request of the Agency "Interfax" comment on the plans of the Lithuanian Parliament in connection with the adoption of the so-called "Magnitsky act", the Ambassador said that the deputies on 16 November will vote on amendments to the Law on legal status of foreigners.

"This move, frankly, not surprising. It is clear that the present Lithuanian Seimas will support any dirty move against Russia or invent your own. Paradoxically, it is now a priority in the international activities of the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania, the essence of his simple "Eastern policy," — said Udaltsov.

"The ban on entry to Lithuania a number of citizens of Russia looks, frankly, ridiculous: none of the serious people of our country have not here goes. Here now, by and large, no one and nothing to talk about," said he.

According to the Ambassador, in other Baltic States, the situation is different: "For example, today to Riga there arrives the first Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs Vladimir Titov, resumed the work of the Russian-Latvian intergovernmental Commission, Tallinn just visited the Special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for international cultural cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoi. Soon there leaves a delegation of our Ministry".

The Russian Ambassador in Lithuania reminded that even the President of the United States Donald trump asked late the question: "When all the haters and fools will understand that to maintain good relations with Russia good, not bad?"

To the question, what will be the reaction of Russia if the Lithuanian Parliament will adopt the amendments to the law, Udaltsov replied: "of Course, we will have to answer the next unfriendly step of the Lithuanian and close the entry into Russia a number of undesirable persons from the country. And applicants for this role now there are a lot".

The Lithuanian Parliament has still to vote once again to accept the so-called Magnitsky act, which prohibited the entry of aliens associated with large scale corruption, money laundering and violation of human rights.

The law, named after Magnitsky, in 2012 took the US by applying sanctions on Russian officials linked to human rights violations. USA has forbidden to issue them visas and frozen assets, the list now has over 40 names.
