A shortened version of the sentence was announced in court on March 10. In addition to probation the convict has also appointed a probationary period of five years without confiscation of property.

During the court debate, the Prosecutor demanded to sentence the defendant to three years imprisonment and subsequent probation supervision for two years. Soon the Prosecutor's office intends to appeal the decision of the court.

Recall that in late July of last year the defendant, being in an alcohol intoxication, in a fit of anger brutally beat up a homeless guy, met him in the entrance of a house. The man suffered serious injuries and later died.
