Earlier, Poroshenko said about the readiness to exchange Savchenko in the event of receipt of the proposal.

Polozov also informed that in the city of Novocherkassk (Rostov region of the Russian Federation) about a prison where former Ukrainian pilot Nadezhda Savchenko, strengthened security measures, reports TASS.

2 March the state Prosecutor asked the court to sentence the Ukrainian pilot to 23 years of imprisonment and a fine of 100 thousand rubles. He said that the motive of the crime was hatred and enmity towards the residents of Luhansk oblast and to Russian citizens. The verdict of the Ukrainian army will be announced on March 21-22.
