Another informed source said that the list includes "the head of FSB Alexander Bortnikov, the head of the Russian Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, the first Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Vladimir Titov". He also said that under the sanctions can get the self-proclaimed head of the Luhansk national Republic (LNR) Igor Carpentry.
Attorney Ukrainian pilots Hope Savchenko mark Feigin, in turn, said that the list had to include representatives of the investigative bodies and the Russian judge. "Judges, investigators, prosecutors had to enter this list. Their names are in the file. The political part of the list I cannot comment on it", — the lawyer noted.

Savchenko, who served in the rank of the senior Lieutenant of Armed forces of Ukraine, is in custody in Russia since July 2014.
