On March 13, a local resident told police that a man threw into the fire and burned a live cat.

As found in police, two 12-year-old child noticed on the street, possibly wounded cat. They decided to help the animal and reported the cat familiar adult.

At the same time, the children approached 50-year-old man near the fire burned, and told the children not to touch the cat and leave. The kids left, but soon returned, however, cats on the place was gone, and in the fire they noticed the charred corpse of an animal.

The police opened a criminal case. Man faces prison for up to five years or temporary deprivation of liberty, forced labour and confiscation of property.
