Coach Craig Woodcroft began the 2014/15 season in the role of assistant to Greg Irlanda in the German League club "Adler Mannheim". He also was an assistant to Dave Lewis in the national team of Belarus, which is home the world championship-2014 in the quarterfinals.

Canadian specialist admitted that he wants to see his future team — excellent command of the puck and the highest possible speed. It is worth noting that in the eight years since the establishment of the KHL in Minsk "Dynamo" nine times changed its coach and the team was led by eight different specialists (Alexander Andrievsky took office twice). Thus, Woodcroft will be the ninth steering "bison". The longest in Minsk managed to work out the Marek Sikora Czech and Slovak Lubomir Pekovic, who lasted in his post for almost two years.
