Now Mikheil Saakashvili is in a tent camp near the Parliament building in Central Kiev. The politician refuses to come to interrogation to the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko and calls for investigators to come in his tent city, according to UNIAN.
"I'm not going to be any regenerarea Prosecutor, he is illiterate losers, illegal. I do not think it is the General Prosecutor of Ukraine", — Saakashvili said. It is reported that the evening of 6 December, plans to speak in front of Parliament and rally to demand impeachment of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
Earlier in the party "movement new forces", headed by Mikhail Saakashvili, said that reports of his voluntary desire to come in for questioning are false.
Meanwhile, on the morning of 6 December in the camp of the supporters of Saakashvili were clashes between activists and police that came looking for a policy to bring him in for questioning, reports "Interfax-Ukraine". During the confrontation the police used tear gas. In the camp said several of the victims.
According to police, in clashes injured 10 people. Among the injured were four policemen and six activists, reported the press-Secretary of police of Kiev Oksana Blischik. She said some of the protesters is at the camp near the Parliament and the other, armed with clubs and sticks, located in the lobby of the hotel "Kiev".
After a failed assault on the militiamen left the camp. Saakashvili's supporters continue to strengthen the barricades, they distributed instructions on self-defense. The protesters at the Parliament urged Kiev to support the movement. The leader of the "Movement new forces," Saakashvili was not injured. He is on the loose, according to the publication, in hotel "Kiev" under guard, reports Newsru.com.
Saakashvili commented on the incident in his account in Facebook. "They wanted to get me out of the tent, but messed up the tents and attacked the neighbor, filled with sleeping activists were brutally beaten people", — he wrote.
In other news, Saakashvili called the incident a provocation on the part of the President of Ukraine. "I appeal to Poroshenko: why do you need more provocation? Do not attack and do not force people to fight back! It was a peaceful demonstration!" — said the politician.
